Meet Amanda Beaton

Amanda is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer at Align Health Agency with over a decade of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. With a strong background in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, alongside a degree in psychology Amanda assists clients of all ages in achieving their health and fitness goals. 

Her approach builds trust and loyalty through personalised holistic programs and ongoing rehabilitation care. Amanda's genuine care for each individual's unique journey, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, overall well-being, or injury management, shines through her warm and empathetic approach. 

She has witnessed incredible transformations in her clients' lives, fostering positive mindsets and empowering them to embrace healthier lifestyles. Amanda firmly believes that well-being encompasses not only the body but also the mind and spirit. In a world where daily demands can take a toll on our health, she emphasises the fundamental necessity of prioritizing well-being. 

Originally hailing from Cape Town and spending the last 15 years in the UK, Amanda is now excited to be a part of Jersey's vibrant community and a valued member of the Align team, ready to help you on your fitness journey.

Personal Training Sessions

Here's an outline of what is included in the 6 week program:

  • Initial Assessment:

    Full body assessment to identify fitness levels, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.

  • Customised Workout Plan:

    Tailored exercise routines to address individual goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, or overall fitness improvement. For those who are currently on a rehabilitation treatment path, the workouts will be designed to help you recover, rebuild, and rediscover your strength.

  • Regular Training Sessions:

    Structured weekly workout sessions focusing on strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility, and functional movements.

  • Nutritional Guidance:

    Basic nutritional advice to support fitness goals and maximize training effectiveness.

  • Progress Tracking:

    Regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust the workout plan accordingly. As you progress, so does your program. I will continually assess your development, adapting workouts to challenge you appropriately and accelerate your journey to health and fitness.

  • Online Support:

    Availability for questions, guidance, and support between sessions via email.

Sports Massage Sessions

Here's an outline of what is included in the 6 week program:

  • Initial Consultation:

    Discussion about any specific areas of concern, injuries, or tightness.

  • Soft Tissue Manipulation:

    Deep tissue sports massage, myofascial release techniques, cupping and dry needling to address muscle tightness and promote flexibility.

  • Recovery Massage:

    Sessions designed to aid in post-workout recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall mobility.

  • Injury Prevention:

    Targeted massage to prevent and alleviate potential injuries.

  • Personalised Care:

    Tailoring massage sessions to individual needs and focusing on areas that require special attention.

  • Feedback and Recommendations:

    Providing feedback on muscle health, flexibility, and suggestions for self-care between massage sessions.
